Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Product
- To qualify for a return, the chair must be in new or like-new condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original packaging, labels, and parts must be included.
3. Return Process
Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the return. They will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to ship your product back to us.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once the returned chair is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for different models or colors if you are not satisfied with your initial choice. Please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss available options.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized chairs are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
